Chemicals

In skin care and food, we always heard the sale and marketing people said their products do not contain chemical.

Hmmm....we can't blame them since most marketing people is not a chemist. In high school, we learn water is chemical, which is known as H2O (2 hydrogen, one oxygen), common table salt is chemical, chemist call it sodium chloride. Sugar is too chemical, which consists 2 glucose units, popular in chemistry known as disaccharide. In fact, every things you see and touch is chemically make up.

And our stomach acid is a very corrosive acid call hydrochloride acid, which dissolve most of our food that we ate.

Products derived from nature therefore safe?
We hope nature gives simple answer. Until now, one of the most potent addictive substance, opium - naturally derived from sap of a poppy (Papaver somniferum) . One of the toxic ingredient use for leukemia, is naturally extracted from a beautiful plant commonly known as periwinkle (Catharanthus roseus).
Periwinkle - can be easily seen in most local household garden
Poppy - Addictive drug
Snake venom
Pufferfish's liver poison - Tetraodontiformes

Synthetic chemicals therefore cause allergy?
Some people eat seafood will cause skin rashes, some people eat one or two nuts respond fatal reaction, some people cannot take glutenous products, all these are natural foods, yet it cause allergic reaction.

How many people's skin will react to plastic, which is one of the most abundant item that we human made. We found plastic product everywhere, from clothing, kitchen ware, shopping bags, etc.

People who involve in glove know that quite a number of people allergic to rubber latex gloves as compare to vinyl glove.

Natural or not, until now, in medical field still do not know why certain people sensitive to certain product. We blame it on our gene.

So now, how to test a product if you are allergic to it?
Apply small amount to the spot which your skin usually most sensitive to, wait and see if you develop redness, rashes, swollen and/or itchiness.  If YES, STOP using it.

In CellCare, we hope our customers know products and use them wisely, and not simply frightened by marketing's fear-tactic.
